Måløy Tours

Terms & conditions

Updated: 3 August 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to tours and experiences booked with Måløy Tours AS (org. no. 932 494 396), Gate 1 107, 6700 Måløy, Norway. By booking you accept these terms together with the specific conditions shown for each tour at checkout.

Booking and payment

Bookings are made through our booking partner Bokun's secure checkout. Prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable. Your booking is confirmed by email once payment is completed.

Changes and cancellation by you

Each tour has its own cancellation policy, shown before you pay and stated in your confirmation. Where a tour allows free cancellation, you must cancel within that window to receive a refund. For changes, contact us as early as possible and we will help where we can.

Cancellation or changes by us

Safety comes first. We may cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, sea conditions, safety, or too few participants. If we cancel, you may choose an alternative departure or a full refund. We are not responsible for costs beyond the tour price, such as travel or accommodation.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven § 22), leisure and transport services provided on a specific date or within a specific period are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Cancellation therefore follows each tour's cancellation policy above.

Your responsibilities and safety

Please arrive at the stated meeting point in good time and follow your guide's safety instructions at all times. Dress for the coast and the weather, and let us know in advance of any health or mobility needs. Some tours have a minimum age or require adult supervision, as stated for that tour.

Liability and insurance

Outdoor and coastal activities carry inherent risks. We operate responsibly and in line with applicable safety rules, but you take part at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the price of the tour, except where Norwegian law provides otherwise (for example in cases of gross negligence). We recommend that you hold valid travel insurance.

Complaints and applicable law

If something isn't right, please contact us first so we can put it right. These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Consumers may bring unresolved disputes to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Disputes Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
