Join a pleasant and scenic tour along the coast of Vågsøy, traveling in a minibus. This tour combines beautiful nature, local history, and a short walk with great views.
We drive along the west coast of Vågsøy and pass through the small fishing area of Torskangerpollen. This place was important for fishing many years ago, and you can still see signs of the old coastal life.
Our main stop is Kannesteinen, a very special rock shaped by the sea over thousands of years. You will have time to walk down to the shore, enjoy the fresh sea air, and take photos of this famous stone.
After visiting Kannesteinen, we continue to Hendanes Lighthouse. The lighthouse was built in 1914 and stands about 50 meters above the sea. To reach it, we walk about 1 kilometer on a narrow road along the mountainside. The walk is easy and gives beautiful views of the ocean and the waves below.
The tour is done by electric minibus with space for up to 15 guests only. This makes the experience calm, personal, and more private. It is a comfortable and environmentally friendly way to enjoy the coastline.

- Turen varer omtrent 2 timer og starter ved billettkontoret til Måløy Tours på cruisekaia i Måløy, så du er aldri langt fra skipet.
- Rekker jeg tilbake til cruiseskipet i tide?
- Ja. Hele ruten tar rundt 2 timer og bringer deg tilbake til kaia, i god tid før avgangstiden. Sjekk gjerne siste ombordstigningstid før du drar.
- Er det mye gåing på turen?
- Bare litt. Fram til Hendanes fyr er det en enkel 1 km lang tur langs kysten med havutsikt. Resten av turen er med minibuss, med stopp ved Kannesteinen.
