Other days and for inquiries about tours and activities, visit the Tourist Information Center at Gate 1 90, 6700 Måløy.
What is your refund policy?
To cancel a tour, please email us at contact@maloytours.no with your reference number.
Refund Policy:
• Cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the tour are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 1 day of the tour are non-refundable.
Tour Cancellations by Måløy Tours:
• Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather or other safety concerns. In such cases, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
Minimum Participation Policy:
• Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If this is not met, the tour may be canceled, and participants will be notied in advance with a full refund.
Where should we meet?
Please arrive at the Måløy Tours sales point at the cruise pier 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This ensures a smooth start to your adventure.
Are there age restrictions for RIB tours?
Yes, for safety reasons:
• Children must be at least 6 years old to join RIB tours.
• Children aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you offer tours for all fitness levels?

What should I bring for my tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for outdoor activities.
For boat tours, bring warm layers and a waterproof jacket, as weather can change quickly. Don’t forget sunscreen, a camera, and a water bottle! Specific requirements for each tour will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
Are your tours suitable for families with children?
Many of our tours are family-friendly! Activities like e-bike rides, lighthouse visits, and walking tours are great for children, depending on their age and interests. For boat tours, children are welcome, but parents should ensure younger kids are comfortable with the experience.
